As we are winding down the 2008 training season, we are pleased to announce a great new offer to help you maintain your
level of fitness in the off season and to help get you ready for a great 2009. Space is limited and is based on first-come first-serve basis.
Whether you choose to take advantage of the special offer or you would prefer to do just cycling, sign up now so that you can make sure to reserve your space. Due to space limitations, we are at more than 50% capacity for bike parking, so please let us know if we should save your spot! Strength Training
Strength training compliments monthly training schedule with strength phase, power phase, endurance phase all designed to stabilize your body and peak your performance at all the right times. Programs are designed specifically for the triathlete by strengthening the core and stabilizing muscular imbalances.
Choose any two non-consecutive weekly workouts:
Monday 6-7 PM
Tuesday 12-1 PM and 6-7 PM
Wednesday 6-7 PM
Thursday 12-1 PM and 6-7 PM
Indoor Cycling
Beginning in December, this program builds each month to assure your best performance for the “on season”. While using your own bike and learning cycling technique, you will build the right muscles and skills to prepare you for the season ahead. Specific strength, power and endurance phases are all incorporated in this program. Biomechanics of cycling and muscular imbalances are emphasized during the drill and skill phase.
Regardless of the time of your race, this program is the best for winter conditioning!
Choose any two non-consecutive weeknight workouts and everyone comes on Saturday morning, for a total of three cycling workouts a week.
Monday through Thursday evenings from 7-8
and Saturday mornings beginning at 7 AM
FULL PACKAGE

Full season of TRIgirl/Maramarc Training - Sprint or Ironman Program!!!
Indoor cycling from December-April (weekends are outside during April)
Year-round strength training (December 1, 2008-December 1, 2009)
Beginning in April, we'll switch from the indoor cycling/strength to a Tuesday night cycle/run outside
Guaranteed bike parking at Maramarc Fitness
In order to get this deal, the total must be paid in full by March 1
This is a complete year of training for only $125 a month!!!
A la Carte
Strength training- 2 classes per week- $120/month
Indoor Cycling- 3 classes per week December-March $120/month
Both indoor cycling and strength training $200/month
